Do you do digital Photography? Yes we have been using Digital Equipment since 2001. It gives greater creativity with higher quality than people using film. How long do you keep the images for? We keep all our wedding photography for 200 years. If you would like to come back and see them after 150 years please give us a ring first. No we don’t charge in the North East area. When we are required to travel out side the north east area we have a minimal travelling charge. If it requires an over night stay, the boss is prepared to use YHAs but the staff require 5 Star hotels. Will you come to the home first? Yes we recommend starting at home first. Many past brides have comment on how we seem to create a relaxing presence, and help settle those butterfly nerves. We believe it also give us a chance to take some beautiful photographs before the elements have chance to change hours of perfection. How many pictures do you take? This is discussed at the wedding conference and decided between us and yourselves. The real answer is unlimited. Unless it’s the boss that does your wedding and he can only do an infinite amount. How long will the photographs take? This is a variable factor that depends on you and is discussed at the wedding conference. As a small guide, from the start time off the marriage add on three hours and that would be about right for the meal time. It is the most important pre wedding meeting between us and yourselves. In this meeting you can share with us all you ideas and aspirations for the special day. We can help with question and ideas to make the day fun relaxed and free flowing. Enabling us to acquire all the information we need to produce you beautiful wedding photography. Who should come to the wedding conference? We believe that it is essential that both of you attend the wedding conference and it is very beneficial to have parents there so we can establish everyone’s wishes enabling us to fore fill everyone’s needs. How long do you stay at the wedding? This is an undetermined time but we always stay till we believe that we have the right wedding photographs for you. If the boss does your photography he always stays till the cutting of the cake due to his extreme sweet tooth. When do we get to see our photographs? This will be done at your chosen wedding viewing date. Normally this is after your honeymoon but it can be as soon as you require. This is a special time when you first get to see your wedding photographs. The appointment is held at Risbeys in our viewing room, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy seeing your wedding presented digitally. In the wedding viewing you can see all the photographs clearly in colour, sepia, black and white, also digitally manipulated if required. Who can come to the wedding viewing? Any one can come to the viewing that is interested in buying the photographs. (Parents, family, bridesmaids, best man etc.) We have room for about 12-15 people but we have a no children under the age of 9 policy. Do you put the photographs on the web? Yes once we have done a wedding viewing all the photographs go on the web in our secure browser where you can see them. Can we order from your website? Yes we have an excellent online order system. Do you do the new style wedding books? Yes we specialize in them offering a excellent range of wedding books in many different types of design. The Kirkland been the most popular choice at present We now have albums to suite everyone’s tastes whether it be traditional, standard or the most contemporary styles. Yes we have a special selection just for parent also including the new style wedding books. No our system is about freedom of choice and you can buy any photograph as an individual, multiples, albums or wall portraits. Do we have to buy a certain amount of photographs? No just like the albums our system is about freedom of choice and you are in full control. You decide on whether to buy or not only once you have seen the photographs.
